Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of AskGIZA. By creating an account, you agree to them. They are written to be readable — if anything is unclear, contact us before relying on it.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity in your workspace and for keeping your credentials secure.
You must be authorized to upload any documents you connect to AskGIZA.
Acceptable use
Do not use AskGIZA to process content you are not permitted to handle, or to violate any applicable law.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other workspaces, or extract data beyond your plan’s limits.
Your content
You retain all rights to the documents you upload. You grant AskGIZA a limited license to store, index, and process them solely to provide the service to you.
Answers and citations generated from your documents belong to you.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is”. Enterprise plans include contractual uptime commitments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskGIZA’s liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
Billing, renewals and refunds
Paid plans renew automatically — monthly plans every month, yearly plans every year — until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you were charged in error or AskGIZA does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of the payment and we will issue a refund where appropriate. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle appears on your statement, collects sales tax / VAT where applicable, and processes refunds on our behalf.
Termination
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.
