Every workspace is logically isolated. Retrieval only ever searches within your own documents — never anyone else’s.
No training on your data
Your documents and queries are never used to train models shared with other customers. Grounding is per-workspace, always.
Granular access control
Role-based permissions determine who can connect sources, query, and manage the workspace. Access is logged.
Deletion you can verify
Deleting a document removes it and its index immediately. Account deletion purges all workspace data within 30 days.
Deployment options
Cloud, on-premises, or hybrid deployment. Enterprise plans support SSO, audit logs, and custom retention rules.
