Subprocessors

Last updated: October 2026

These are the third-party services that process data on AskGIZA’s behalf. Each is bound by a written agreement covering confidentiality and data handling, and we keep this list current as the service evolves.

Current subprocessors

Supabase — database, authentication, and document storage. Supabase hosts the Postgres database (including the vector index) and the encrypted document bucket.

Google Cloud — application hosting for the AskGIZA API and website.

OpenRouter — routes requests to the language models that write answers from your retrieved documents. Document content is processed only to answer your questions and is never used to train shared models.

Paddle — merchant of record for payments. Paddle handles billing data and tax; it does not process document content.

Services you connect

Google Drive — if you import files or links from Drive, we access only the specific files and public links you choose. The connection is initiated by you and can be revoked at any time.

Changes to this list

We announce material changes to this list before they take effect — through product updates and, for enterprise customers, direct email — so you can object as described in the Terms of Service.
