Updates

Every corner of AskGIZA, as it evolves — the chat, the sources, the workspace, and everything around them.

Half-page reference previews

AskGIZA — Workspace
PDF · 14XLS · 3

Opening a reference now splits the workspace in two. The answer keeps the left half while the full source — PDF, text, image, or audio — fills the right, edge to edge.

Added

  • Full-height preview panel that opens beside the answer and spans the page edge to edge
  • PDF, text, image, and audio previews, each with its own scrolling body
  • Keyboard dismissal with Esc, plus a one-click close in the panel header

Improved

  • The nav bar now ends at the preview boundary and only spans the answer column
  • Clicking the same reference again collapses the preview

References as a list

AskGIZA — Answer
1pages 3 - 5
2page 34
3page 14

References under each answer now read like a proper list — numbered rows with real document icons and page ranges, one click away from the source itself.

Added

  • Numbered reference rows with colored file-type icons for PDF, Word, Excel, slides, audio, and video
  • Page ranges aligned to the right of every row

Improved

  • Pill chips were replaced by full-width rows that match the sidebar history list

History

Your workspace now explains itself: live counts per file type, multi-file uploads with validation, and a searchable manager with verified deletion.

Added

  • Workspace breakdown showing how many PDFs, documents, sheets, and media files are indexed
  • Multi-file upload with per-type validation and readable error states
  • Searchable file manager with confirmed, verified deletion

Fixed

  • A failed upload no longer overwrites the success message of the files that did index

Docs, restyled

AskGIZA — Security

workspace

Legal

Security, Privacy, Terms, and Contact share one editorial layout — the site navbar stays on top, an airy page list sits beside the content, and every page opens with a large title and a hairline rule.

Added

  • Docs shell with a sticky page list and an active-page highlight
  • Editorial typography scale with a divider under every title

Improved

  • The navbar is fully functional inside docs: anchor links exit to the landing and scroll, and the brand returns to the site

Grounded answers

Every answer is grounded in your documents — retrieval, streaming, and citations run as one flow from the first keystroke to the cited source.

Added

  • Streaming answers with stop-and-keep, copy, and regenerate actions
  • Page-level citations grouped per document
  • Conversation history with rename and delete
