Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information AskGIZA collects, how it is used, and the controls you have over it. The short version: your documents are yours, we process them only to answer your questions, and we never use them to train shared models.
Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and workspace name, provided when you register.
Document content: the files you upload or connect — PDFs, spreadsheets, slides, scans, and recordings — are stored and indexed in your dedicated workspace.
Usage data: queries you make and general interaction metrics used to improve reliability and performance.
How we use your information
To index your documents and return answers with citations when you query the workspace.
To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
To communicate service updates, security notices, and — only with your consent — product news.
What we never do
We never use your document content or queries to train models shared with other customers.
We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
We never access your workspace without a documented, auditable reason such as a support request you initiated.
Retention and deletion
Documents remain in your workspace until you delete them. Deleting a document removes it and its search index entries immediately.
Deleting your account removes all workspace data within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention of billing records.
